Pickled Strawberries

Something different and delicious! We made this recipe and the family couldn’t get enough of them. If you like strawberries, it’s definitely a recipe you want to try!

Pickled Strawberries

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup water

    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool completely. In a quart jar with a tight-fitting lid, place: 1 pound strawberries, cut into halves or quarters, depending on size, 2 fresh rosemary sprigs Cover with brine, seal, and chill for 12 hours. Keeps in the refrigerator for one week.
